• The pension can be found in the centre of Hévíz, 100 metres away from the lake and the spa hospital.
  There are 9 double rooms, 2 single rooms and two apartments in the house. Each of our rooms is air-conditioned and equipped with a bathroom, a toilet and a television set.
  Our guests are offered a substantial buffet lunch which is included in the room rates. In order that your recreation be troubled by nothing, the safety of your car is ensured by a safe yard and a underground garage facilities.
  You are welcome in a cosy surroundings and attentive services.
  
  The Astoria Hévíz Café can be found on the ground floor of the pension with a cosy beer garden facing the pedestrian precinct.
  Spending a few minutes on our terrace, you can try our coffees and coffee specialities to which fresh, classic cookies, cakes and home-made strudels are served.
  We are ready to prepare an ice cream dessert of your choice in harmony with the season.

Let me greet you in the name of a friendly town with unique conditions.
More than 20 thousand years ago nature presented our settlement with a gift which is unique in the whole wide world. The green heart of Hévíz, the 4.4-ha lake is the world's biggest warm-water lake where bathing is possible. We are ready to share this treasure and also the pleasure of health with all of our visitors. Therapeutics is based on 200-year old experience, so it is no wonder that the so-called weight-bath, which is now used all over the world, was first used in Hévíz. Naturally, it is not only the treatment of diseases that our town plays an active role in but also in health prevention. The wide choice of wellness services, the Mediterranean sub climate, the atmosphere of the zigzag streets and the fascinating beauty of the Pannonian landscape all contribute to recreation. Several members of the Hungarian National Sports Teams and the Teams themselves hold their preparatory trainings here and also professional organizations choose our town as a venue for their conferences year by year.
