The holidey home and its surroundings

The house lies in a silent area of Siofok, Hungary. The city center and Lake Balaton lies about 1500m away.


The accommodation is surrounded by a big garden with barbeque area and parking spots for more cars.

The interior:

The house has two stories.
6 bedrooms ( 4 with doublebeds and 2 with two single beds)
2 kitchens with cooker, oven, coffeemachine, fridge with freezer, plates, glasse, cutlery, dishes
3 bathrooms either with bath or shower
2 living rooms and a TV set


Our rates include:the usage of water, gas, electricity, bedlinen, parking in the garden, kitchen usage

Only city tax ist extra: Euro 1,5/day/adult
In high season (28.5.-22.8.) booking is possible from Saturday to Saturday

When you want to book 30 % deposit is required via bank transfer.
We pay it back only when you tell off your reservation 2 month in advance. We do not take over the cost of transer.

We take caution Euro 200 for loss of keys and damages
Arrival from 2 pm and departure till 10 am.

At arrival you have to sign a registration form and our house rules.

No towels

No pets allowed

The rental along with the city tax must be paid at arrival

We do not pay the rental back after you have arrived at the house






No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
